The tool is called PasteLink website www.pastelink.me This is a sweet little tool for sharing large and small files with ease. As you may have found, email providers sometimes place frustrating limites on email file attachements. This tool raises some of those limites to let you share large files with others. Other tools for sharing are Dropbox and Google Drive.
